Background and History

The Journey to Excellence

Dr. Sadkin has loved dentistry from a very young age, starting when she got braces. She was fascinated by everything that the orthodontic processes involved, which eventually led her to shadow the same dental office during her freshman year of high school. As she grew older, she realized that it was the perfect career for her because it blended her passions for medicine and art! Today, she continues to find this job amazing and rewarding in fresh ways, with each patient posing unique issues to resolve.

Education

After attending Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Dr. Sadkin pursued her dental doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating near the top of her class. She considered specializing but decided that she didn’t want to restrict her interests to a single aspect of the art of dentistry. Instead, she completed an intensive AEGD program at the Western NY VA hospital, which was heavily based on prosthodontics, dental implants, and full mouth rehabilitation.
