Advanced Dental Services & Technology – Trophy Club, TX

We Invest Because We Care

These days, the quality of dental care not only depends on the skill of the dentist, but the equipment they use as well. We truly believe that our patients deserve the best, which is why our dental office has invested in the latest, proven technology. Each of the instruments highlighted below is designed to make your experience more comfortable, more transparent, and more effective. In essence, we have more technology than the average dental office because we care more, and we know you’ll enjoy the difference starting at your first visit.

Intraoral Camera

Rather than just telling you what is going on in your mouth, our team can actually show you thanks to our intraoral camera. This small device fits easily in the mouth and can create high-definition images of the teeth and gums we can display on a nearby monitor. This way, you and our team can be on the same page concerning your dental health, plus this makes it easier for us to explain why a certain treatment might be necessary.

Digital X-Rays

Did you know that about 1/3rd of each of your teeth is hidden by your gums? In order to look at the roots as well as the bone that supports them, we routinely use X-rays in our dental office. They allow us to identify potential dental issues that can’t be seen with the naked eye, meaning we can take care of them before they cause you any trouble. Unlike traditional film X-rays, digital X-rays only take seconds to develop, plus they emit 80-90% less radiation!

CT/Cone Beam Scanner

When we just need to get a closer look at a few teeth, a traditional X-ray is the way to go. For more comprehensive treatments, like dental implants, we tend to use our CT scanner. Why? Because it gives us the ability to create a 3D X-ray model that includes all of the teeth as well as the nearby bone. This additional information allows us to create personalized treatment plans to guarantee a positive result as well as a fast recovery.

Digital Smile Design

With Digital Smile Design, we can show you what your teeth will look like after a cosmetic treatment without actually having to do the procedure. Using a combination of high-quality photos and digital software, we can give you a preview of how veneers, whitening, Invisalign, or any other treatment will enhance your appearance. This lets you know what to expect and also allows you to design your perfect result alongside your dentist.

Digital Impression System

Digital bite impressions on computer screen

Dental impressions are an essential first step for many procedures, such as creating dentures or veneers. Rather than using physical impressions that require a patient to bite into a mold filled with putty, we can instead quickly scan the mouth with a small device. In about five minutes, we have an accurate digital impression and no mess! In addition to being faster, this method also doesn’t require us to waste time on retakes.

Soft Tissue Laser Dentistry

Patient receiving soft tissue laser dentistry

For patients struggling with gum disease, our soft tissue laser is their favorite piece of equipment that we use. Why? Because it enables us to treat their gums and remove harmful bacteria in the most comfortable way possible. The light doesn’t emit any heat, sound, or vibration, and the precision of the laser means that the surrounding tissue is left untouched, leading to a shorter recovery.
